The media is cordially invited to the launch of the Minimum Physical
Security Standards (MPSS). A Directive in the form of a booklet has been
produced and it is the first product of the Government Sector Security Council
(GSSC) which was formed and launched in 2007. It addresses, among many critical
areas, physical security provisioning and training, compliance to standards and
a platform to enhance to crime combating and crime prevention.
