Community partnerships are a critical part of university life.
RISK MANAGEMENT FOR CE/SL COURSES & PROJECTS
For the SAFECLIP or SPLIP insurance to cover the students at a community partner site, a fully signed agreement must be executed prior to the start of the CE or SL experience. Therefore it is the faculty member's responsibilty to ensure the following process is followed before students work off-campus at a partner site as part of a course or project.

This list is maintained by Procure to Pay (P2P) and is considered the master list for all SDSU-approved Community Service Partners. When developing a new community partnership, look here to see if there is an existing agreement on file with the community partner. Depending on the scope of the Service Learning Agreement (SLA) on file, an ammendment to expand the scope of the agreement on file. You may also want to reference the SLA Master List Guide if you have questions about working with the document.
This link will take you to a set of instructions on how to utilize Adobe Sign Workflows to complete the required compliance paperwork, agreements, etc. to establish and maintain your community partnership.

To view the ISQ or SLA templates, it is best to open Adobe Sign and view them in the workflow, as these are the most up-to-date templates.
